£10 million investment transforms Park Lane offices in Croydon

Property investment and development company CEG has unveiled a £10million makeover of 69 Park Lane.

The 10 storey office development lies within the heart of Croydon. The refurbishment has delivered striking new glazing, air conditioning, a state-of-the-art gym and fitness studios for classes, café, shower facilities, as well as secure bike storage and repair space with a drying room for its 600 + occupants.

A double storey entrance and reception provides break-out space for working and a café for tenants and visitors to eat, drink and meet.
