Planning consent gained for over 30,000 homes and 10 million sq ft of employment space
Since 2011, we have successfully obtained planning consent and delivered over £1bn in transacted land to our landowners. More than 10,000 much-needed homes are complete or under delivery.
We work closely with landowners, local authorities and stakeholders. With our extensive understanding of the planning system, we find effective solutions to complex developments, bringing forward viable and implementable planning permissions, unlocking sites for our landowners and delivering successful new housing, commercial or mixed-use developments.
