The property was acquired in 2001 and originally comprised a 70,000 sq ft office block. Upon vacant possession planning consent was granted for a 175,000 sq ft (net) Grade A office building. After completion the building was subsequently fully let to Barclays, Paribas, Davis Langdon, Cushmans and Knight Frank at record rents. The property was sold in July 2007 for £93m to Credit Suisse.
