The property comprises approximately 150,000 sq ft of office accommodation located in the heart of Birmingham's Edgbaston district, a short distance from the city centre. 

In 2004 the property was acquired and in need of a substantial refurbishment.  Since acquisition £5m has been invested in a state of the art reception and break out area at ground floor. We have been undertaking a rolling refurbishment of the 15,000 sq ft floor plates to provide Grade A accommodation. To date we have refurbished a total of 60,000 sq ft over 4 floors of which half is let and the remainder provides suites of 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 sq ft  The total investment in the office floor refurbishments will be £9m.
