The Group invests in properties throughout the UK where it can add capital or rental value over the long term. The company is entrepreneurial, flexible and is particularly suited to complex and innovative projects involving a high level of risk.

The Group’s position as a long term investor enables it to make decisions based on timescales which best suit the project rather than those based on the requirement for an early profit.

The Group has a strong management team combining investment planning, development, refurbishment, management and financial skills and has experience of handling most types of property throughout the UK.

The Group is able to complete acquisitions swiftly and without recourse to external funding (for acquisitions of up to £50m).

The Group adopts a flexible attitude towards leasing and does not require long-term institutional leases, but seeks the best overall solution for the property and the long-term cash flow of the business.
