Wherever the project is located we pride ourselves on the work we do with local surrounding communities to prepare the way for development.

Communities expect and receive a high quality of consultation and involvement from CEG. From early and frequent public consultations,

liaison groups and discussion forums, it is always locally led.

We work closely with local authorities and other external agencies to openly design and plan our schemes to be sustainable mixed communities – with the success being measured by the

desirability as new locations to live and the places we create.

We actively engage with planning bodies, the political arena and environmental and community groups to develop planning solutions that benefit the wider community.

LANDOWNERS

CEG is an expert promoter who approaches development planning from the mindset of an investor. The focus of CEG promotions is to maximise the long term value of assets whilst at the same time securing planning in the shortest timeframe.

CEG places importance on consistency of personnel involved with promotions. The person responsible for the initial site identification continues throughout the promotion to provide a common point of communication with our landowner partners.

In undertaking promotions CEG applies class leading expertise in all technical areas associated with such projects. In addition the promotion style is a collaborative one with the landowning interest ensuring that CEG is a transparent partner for landowners to work with at all stages of the project

AGENTS

CEG recognises the importance agents play in providing professional advice to landowning clients.

CEG places importance on generating long term relationships with agents. Effective introductions are always recognised and ongoing involvement expected.

Negotiations are undertaken in a flexible manner, as it is accepted all landowners have differing needs and objectives which will impact on the structure of any deal.

FUNDING

We see considerable additional opportunities for further investment in all development sectors

and along with our investment partners are committed to expanding our operations in the UK.

In the first half of 2011 the group secured 4 sites for 1,500 homes and expects to secure an additional 6 deals providing land for 4,000 houses.
