The property was acquired as a sale and leaseback in 2001 from Schlumberger plc and comprises 7 acres on the south side of London Road, east of Hounslow town centre.  At the time of acquisition there were 131,000 sq ft of offices in need of refurbishment but the property also offered excellent haulistic redevelopment potential.

With the weakness of the office market it was decided that the site should be masterplanned to provide high quality residential accommodation, designed in a way that responds to the local environment.  After successfully getting planning consent for phase 1 part of the land was sold to Barratt Homes.  Phase 2 was recently granted planning consent and sold to Bellway Homes. 

In total both phases comprise 300 residential units together with a high quality open space for recreational purposes at the rear.
