The work of Commercial Estates Group spans office, residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use sectors. This experience also encompasses working in partnership with communities and Local Authorities, using unique expertise to find viable solutions to
complex development and planning policy issues.
The Group's UK portfolio extends throughout the country, totalling 8.1 million square feet and has a capital value of circa
£700 million, rental income of £40 million and an estimated rental value of £56 million. The total equity of The Group is £250 million.
